Mammals

Mammals are any vertebrates within the class Mammalia. They are differentiated from reptiles, birds, and other classes of animal by the possession of a region of the brain called the neocortext, body-hair, three middle ear bones, and mammary glands. Females of all mammal species nurse their young with milk, secreted from the mammary glands - which is where the name comes from.
